1. Notify your old accountant.

2. Send you an engagement letter setting out our terms.

3. Set up your Xero ledger and get the automated bank feeds going.

4. Convert your current accounts and accounting system to Xero.

5. Train you on Xero using your own data – and don’t worry, it’s really easy to use!
